"...picking any color that you will see above the image that your are using..." scratch that. not "above" the image, "against" the image and you should just change the opacity to a lower one so you can see the image under the temporary shape.

Oh, if you think that making the temporary rectangles will help you, you can do that by picking any color that you will see above the image that your are using an d select the shape tool (Either a circle, rectangle or any other shape you are using in your image on another layer so you can delete it later) so it would be easier not to loose track of where the coordinates your are using are located.

Okay, the yellow shapes i drew just to show an example so it would be easier to see where i found the coordinates for the image map.

All you need to do is hover your mouse over four areas on an image and, using the "info" window, find the coordinates for each point to make a rectangle.

I showed you in the tutorial that the corners of the yellow rectangle are where I got the coordinates so that the image map would work.
